Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers successfully implement and use our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers, resolving issues related to software installation and runtime, licensing, and antivirus.
  • Oversee the management of IT-facing components of the software, ensuring a smooth, productive, and secure experience for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to align IT-facing product features with overall business goals and customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, product management, or IT-related roles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Experience with software installation, licensing management tools (e.g., FlexNet, Sentinel), and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (especially Linux, Windows) and understanding of software installation and configuration processes across platforms.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
