Senior Voice Engineer

 

  • Job Description:
  • As a seasoned Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Cisco-based voice infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining complex voice networks, as well as providing top-notch support to internal stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving voice-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work alongside engineers, project managers, and other experts to drive business outcomes and improve overall efficiency.
  • With a strong background in voice engineering, you will possess expertise in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, and related technologies, as well as a solid understanding of ITIL processes and VOIP protocols.

  • Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in voice engineering, preferably with Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP), ITIL processes, and Cisco voice network deployment models.
  • Experience with advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred:
  • CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms work experience.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools.
