Job Overview

This role is centered around delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert technical knowledge and strategic partnerships.

  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, fostering seamless collaboration and driving business growth.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of customer needs, preferences, and goals to deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product developments to provide cutting-edge expertise and guidance to customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Lead the orchestration of customer-facing initiatives, including solution design, implementation, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers' IT and business leadership to understand their objectives, address concerns, and drive business value.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify creative solutions, and implement effective resolution strategies.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Preferred Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud and related technologies.
  • Salesforce product certifications or equivalent experience in marketing automation, personalization, and advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing processes, challenges, and trends, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Signature Success for Marketing Cloud.
