About the Role:

This full-time, remote position is a senior-level software development opportunity with a focus on designing and delivering back-end SaaS applications.

The successful candidate will lead the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring product features meet business requirements and are delivered efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance software for critical business processes
  • Design, build, test, and maintain core components of our platform
  • End-to-end development of new features and functionalities
  • Debug and troubleshoot production issues
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and generate new ideas

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product engineering
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Expertise in distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines
  • Proficiency in Kotlin or Java programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of Kafka and Spring Boot frameworks
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and design skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of common dev ops tools a plus
