Customer Experience Solutions Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our SAP CX team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering scalable customer experience solutions using SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0.
">The successful candidate will possess strong programming skills, including SAP BTP, CAP, Node.js, Java, SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and CDS Views. They will also have hands-on experience with Business Rules, Workflow Management, and Extensibility options in V2.0.
">Key responsibilities of the role include developing, configuring, and enhancing applications within SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0, implementing custom extensions using SAP BTP, CAP, and other technologies, and building and maintaining integration scenarios with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.
">The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. They will also possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
">Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of sales and service processes, including lead-to-cash, case/ticket management, and field service. They will also be familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and have experience with CI/CD pipelines.
">Requirements for the role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, as well as 3-6 years of experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (at least 12 years on V2.0).
