Senior Manager Taxation Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the multiple operations of the tax practice area and provide innovative tax planning and reviewing of complex international transactions from a tax perspective.

  • Handling tax compliance and strategy across group entities globally, ensuring minimum tax leakages.
  • Maintaining and cross-border structuring, global transfer pricing, and reviewing transactions to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing international transactions, considering local laws and double taxation avoidance agreements.
  • Working on complex, demanding, and high-profile transactions related to fundraising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, and joint ventures.
  • Providing innovative tax structures to optimize commercial objectives and oversee tax returns for international subsidiaries.
  • Handling tax strategy and compliance with respect to overseas group companies and managing international litigations.
  • Ensuring GST compliance across all group entities in India.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Functional Competencies: Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with post-qualification work experience of at least 8 years in international taxation.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Strong analytical, logical, and numerical aptitude, with the ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, lead a team, ideate, and produce creative content, design and document policies, and listen actively.
