About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished HR & Operations professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the organization, including hiring processes, HR functions, and office operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Hiring Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, handle end-to-end hiring processes, and manage onboarding procedures.
  • HR Functions: Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, track leaves, and attendance to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office activities, coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners as required, and assist in maintaining a smooth workflow.
Shoot and Production Support
  • Support the creative team during client shoots by coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communication.
  • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think proactively, and take ownership of multiple responsibilities.
