Senior Business Analyst Position

A Quality Analyst role is available for a candidate who can analyze business needs, document user stories and workflows, manage UAT and feature backlogs, and support integrations.
About the RoleThis position requires an individual with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to join a growing team in API and data integration.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze Requirements: Define product requirements from business needs and document user stories, specs, and workflows.
- Manage UAT: Validate product features in Jira and collaborate with engineering during development and testing.
- Support Integrations: Partner with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms to ensure seamless integrations.
- Track Feature Backlogs: Manage feature and defect backlogs, supporting agile teams and participating in daily stand-ups.
The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations. If you possess 2+ years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role, B.Tech with relevant technical exposure, and strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools like Jira & Git, we encourage you to apply.
