Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and developing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Validation: Validate portfolio companies' financial data for discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze company financials, providing commentary on earnings and revenue movements.
  • Reporting: Produce analytical monthly packs for client business decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teams to obtain accurate information and communicate task status.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze investment management industry trends and competition landscape.
  • Reporting Generation: Generate regular/ad-hoc reports based on client/team requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business Acumen: Prior experience in Management Reporting/Corporate/Operational Finance functions, report writing and financial/market research experience preferred.
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Ability to read, interpret and analyze financial statements for meaningful insights.
  • Investment Management Knowledge: Understanding of investment management business operations.
  • Trend Analysis: Ability to understand macro-economic trends, industry sector dynamics and company-level operating models.
