Job Opportunity: Senior Accounts Professional

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Accounts professional based in Delhi, India. The role focuses on ensuring effective GST compliance and export operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) to ensure timely submissions.
  • Handling GST audits and staying updated with changes in GST laws.
  • Preparing and maintaining export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Managing foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensuring compliance with FOREX regulations.
  • Reconciling accounts related to export sales and providing accurate reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
