Job Title: Mega Walk-in Drive For FP&A

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting role.

The desired candidate must have experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, advance Excel, PowerPoint knowledge, and working experience is mandatory. Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft will be preferred.

Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in hospitality / entertainment industry can be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Perform drill-downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting role.
  • Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen, accounting skills, and go-getter attitude.
  • Advance Excel, PowerPoint knowledge, and working experience is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft will be preferred.
