Job Overview

This role is pivotal in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Blend Planning: Develop blend schedules for pet coke feedstock to minimize costs while meeting quality specs.
  • Inventory & Production Management: Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates to ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
  • Cost Efficiency: Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs.
  • Process Optimization: Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally.
  • SAP & Reporting: Handle SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
  • Strong LP modeling and analytical skills.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
