We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, with expertise in US GAAP and IFRS. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and owning their work product.

This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients directly, leading crucial meetings, coaching and mentoring staff, and reviewing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects
  • Coach engagement teams and own client relationships
  • Add value to public and private clients through complex transaction analyses and financial reporting
  • Provide excellent client service and deliver high-quality work
  • Supervise, coach and mentor all levels of staff

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of public accounting and industry experience required (minimum of 3 years in public accounting)
  • 3 or more years of prior experience managing teams and owning their work product
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required
  • Experience and familiarity with broad range of industries including tech, biotech, and life sciences
