About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for documentation to create high-quality content that informs and educates our customers.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, engaging, and user-friendly technical documents that showcase our innovative solutions.

With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you'll apply your knowledge of CCMS and Latex-based solutions to streamline document creation, editing, and review processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents, including product manuals, guides, and other supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in documentation.
  • Apply industry-standard style guidelines and document type definitions to ensure compliance and ease of use.
  • Analyze and improve existing documentation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • University degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging technical content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex information and break it down into clear, concise language.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
