Pricing Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team. The role will drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Daily Pricing Support: Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Pricing Reports: Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Training: Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
