Server Management Professional

As a seasoned server management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our server infrastructure. With 4-8 years of experience in server administration, you will possess strong hands-on expertise in managing Linux-based environments.

You will be responsible for delivering level 3 technical support for Linux server environments, ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements. Your duties will include performing daily compute operations, including incident management, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis aligned with ITIL processes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the full server lifecycle, from installation and configuration to maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning of both physical and virtual servers.

You will also conduct performance testing, system tuning, and troubleshooting for server-related issues, especially during outages or degradation.
