Job Description:

Our organization requires an On Site Service Technician to ensure timely problem resolution and maintain uptime of Cummins products. Key objectives include creating electronic proof-of-incident reports, executing problem fixing on Cummins products, and conducting failure analysis at the field level.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints related to engine parts within the warranty period.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot component part failures, including BSVI ATS parts, DU, SU, NOx Sensor, and other critical components.
  • Monitor launch readiness for new products and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with partners for service readiness and ensure compliance with relevant elements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution or possess equivalent experience.
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of high and low voltage systems.
  • Demonstrate diagnostic and repair expertise with power generation or engine products.
  • Display proficiency in interpreting electronic tool results and analyzing engine systems interactions.
