Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the entire lifecycle of Privy Program- Branch Optima customers, from account opening to ongoing service delivery. This includes ensuring that customers receive personalized service, maintaining reports and MIS, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Handling personalized service requests of Privy Program- Branch Optima customers
- Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and internal approved prescribed requirements for this customer segment
- Maintaining reports, MIS as prescribed
- Coordinating with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening of Prime customers
- Executing documentation within prescribed compliance norms
- Managing complaints of customers and ensuring their resolution within TAT
- Meeting targets on Cross Sell, Product Holding, ReKYC, Digital Scores
