About This Role

  • Curriculum Manager - We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the efficient delivery of curriculum across our programs. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing standard operating procedures, creating workflows for curriculum deployment, and establishing quality benchmarks.
  • Operations Management - This role involves coordinating with curriculum developers, technical teams, and instructors to ensure seamless implementation, designing processes that can accommodate growth in course offerings, allocating resources effectively, and tracking operational metrics.
  • Process Optimization - The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on operational insights and learner feedback, and ensuring high standards across all curriculum materials.

Key qualifications include a degree in Education or Business Administration, 2+ years of experience in operations management preferably in education or EdTech, strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail and quality.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about education and student success, proficient with project management tools and learning management systems, and has a basic understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles. Familiarity with educational technology trends and tools is also desirable.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
    • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
    • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
