Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Trainer to join our team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality AI education programs.

This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in AI and open-source technologies, with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  2. Conduct training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
  3. Incorporate open-source technologies into the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
  4. Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  5. Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  6. Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Requirements:
  1. Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  2. Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  3. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  5. Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
