Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

This role involves managing the operations for various business-critical analytics applications, including Snowflake, SAP BW, and HANA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the decommissioning of legacy data warehouse projects according to our organization's roadmap by migrating user reporting to Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 to 17 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 to 4 years in Snowflake.
  • Good knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, and Visualization tools, with hands-on experience in at least one Data Warehouse application such as SAP BI, HANA, Oracle, or Snowflake.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor in the Analytics domain and manage project deliverables by leading a group of analytics technical teams from internal and external partners.
  • Experience in managing at least one large-scale cross-functional analytics project deployment.
  • Experience working in at least one large-scale Analytics Support project, with good knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, and the ability to drive and manage escalations by coordinating with required business and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management.

We are looking for someone who can liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customers' businesses and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.

Responsibilities include creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide sector and competitor benchmarking. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mining and analyzing large datasets, drawing valid inferences, and presenting them successfully to management using a reporting tool.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different cross-functional teams, business leaders, and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn new analytic skills quickly and contribute to our Information Management and Analytics Run/operations group goals and objectives.

Key requirements include:

  • Real-time experience in Snowflake and either SAP BW or SAP HANA.
  • Very good knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Analytics concepts.
  • Good functional knowledge in at least 2 of the major business functions like Finance, ISC, or Order Management, etc.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with senior business leaders and work in cross-function multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Agile Project Management experience.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
