Job Overview

This role is centered around procurement and supply chain management.

  • We are looking for a professional who can oversee the entire order process from placement to delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and be able to manage revenue forecasting activities effectively.

This position requires strong negotiation skills with suppliers to secure favorable terms, as well as experience working with freight forwarders for CPT shipments.

Responsibilities
  1. Order Management: Review all open orders daily to ensure timely delivery from suppliers and monitor pending purchase requisitions (PRs).
  2. Supplier Coordination: Engage proactively with internal customers to expedite open orders and address any delivery issues.
  3. Logistics & Shipping: Arrange necessary documentation from the shipper and control LOC shipments from the order date until submission to the bank.
  4. Reporting & Documentation: Ensure timely IBD creation, GR completion, and customer invoice verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the supply chain management process.
  • Planning & Revenue Forecasting: Experience in planning and managing revenue forecasting activities.
  • Trade Compliance & COC Process: Knowledge of trade compliance and the COC process.
  • SUPPLIER NEGOTIATION: Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
  • FREIGHT FORWARDER COORDINATION: Experience working with freight forwarders for CPT shipments.
  • Lean & Six Sigma: Experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools to improve procurement processes.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
