Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing projects to optimize spare parts supply chain processes and systems.

The successful candidate will analyze data and drive process improvement, implement cost savings, and optimize resource utilization. Additionally, they will provide hands-on support and guidance to the supply teams as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance spare parts supply chain efficiency
  • Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and technology
  • Supporting the lifecycle management team in developing a spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years experience leading supply chain improvement projects
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • High independence and motivation, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external resources
  • Solid ERP software experience
