Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Access Control specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our network access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and health of our NAC solution, including authentication, authorization, and enforcement processes.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
  • Implement daily backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Troubleshoot access-related issues due to NAC policies and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Review monitoring alerts for availability and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Modify, delete, or add rules, routes, and policies as per requirements from stakeholders.
  • Provide audit evidence and support incident management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of NAC solutions, including Cisco NAC.
  • Experience in troubleshooting access-related issues and implementing security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
