Lead Facebook Ads Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our large-scale Facebook ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-impact results.

The successful Lead Facebook Ads Specialist will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns, analyzing customer actions, and building a strategic campaign structure. They will also monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI
  • Analyze customer actions and plan A/B testing (content, ads, audiences, placements…)
  • Build a strategic campaign structure (TOF–MOF–BOF) and combine with the team's content and design for effective conversion
  • Monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available)
  • Proactively expand budget based on performance and ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR…

Candidates Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads (> 20,000 USD/month or more)
  • Strong analytical mindset, know how to test quickly - optimize deeply - expand with control
  • Components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.
  • Know analytics, understand attributes (last click, view, etc.)
