Unlock Business Growth with a Senior Customer Success Manager Role

In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in driving customer success and guiding key accounts towards achieving their business objectives. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning outcomes and driving retention and expansion for a portfolio of strategic customers.
  • Fostering strong relationships with decision-makers and champions to align expectations and outcomes.
  • Developing and executing tailored customer success plans to maximize value realization and adoption.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices and playbooks.
  • Synthesizing customer feedback and influencing product roadmaps to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • A proven track record of owning and moving the needle on churn and/or expansion KPIs.
  • Ability to align usage with business value and focus on outcomes rather than check-ins.
  • Savvy use of prompt engineering tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity to streamline work and analyze data faster.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
