We seek an experienced SAP FICO consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional consulting skills, deep technical expertise in SAP FICO, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Incident, ticket, change request, and change management process experience is required.
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to suggest innovative solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Able to read and debug ABAP programs is essential.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Will to work rotational shift timings in Japan, UK, and US is required.
- Bachelor's degree or master's in commerce, finance, business administration, computer science, information technology, MBA (finance or equivalent), or a related field is required.
- 6-8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments is necessary.
- Strong exposure to Financial Accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling, is required.
- FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME knowledge is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules, is necessary.
- Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument is required.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices is necessary.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
