We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead or support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, with a strong focus on core FICO processes, configuration, and integration points with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Deliver one or more complete end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to users
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to best practices
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
  • Mandatory: At least 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance (Public Cloud edition) is a plus
  • Experience with Fiori apps and Public Cloud restrictions/configurations
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies
