Job Title: Senior Financial Consolidation Specialist

Experience Required: 1–4 years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial consolidation and close processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting financial consolidation systems while working closely with finance stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely consolidation solutions.

Candidates should also be open to learning and working on other consolidation tools such as Tagetik.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support financial consolidation systems for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users.
  • Integrate and manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting tools.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within the financial consolidation system.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Openness to learn and work on other consolidation tools (e.g., Tagetik).
