Oracle EPM Consultant Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes, including translating business requirements into technical solutions within the platform
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows for efficient and accurate financial consolidations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems, leveraging APIs and middleware
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments, using advanced calculation methods and techniques
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting, creating customized dashboards and reports
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform, providing training sessions and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EPM, specifically in implementing and configuring Oracle FCCS. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM, including FCCS and associated tools
  • Experience with data integration and APIs
  • Knowledge of financial close processes and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS applications
