Job Title: Database Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Database Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven applications and integrations that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement database solutions using SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
  • Apply unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) for integration testing.
  • Work with Azure pipelines and YAML for ADO/GitHub migrations.
  • Develop and maintain applications using C#.NET.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Integrate applications with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
  • Document technical solutions and follow coding best practices.

Required Skills:

  • SQL - queries, stored procedures, performance tuning
  • Unit Testing Frameworks (xUnit, NUnit)
  • CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • C# and .NET development

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Azure Data Factory (ADF) or other ETL tools
  • REST APIs, JSON/XML
  • Snowflake or other cloud data platforms
