About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading or supporting the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Your expertise will span multiple areas, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • We configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Functional Consulting:
  • You conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • We prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • You develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • We define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • You conduct user training and prepare user manuals.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with two to three years in Fusion Cloud.
  • A minimum of one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation is required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills are essential.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are crucial.
