Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery for our life insurance policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and resolve post-issue service requests, including updates to address, beneficiary, ownership, payor, and banking information.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as policy data corrections, transaction reversals, and reinstatements.
  • Maintain and update policy records in administration systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators (TPAs), internal teams, and custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure high-quality service.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
  • Meet service levels and turnaround times according to SLA requirements.
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of policy administration systems, transaction codes, and process workflows.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide feedback for automation opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate in any field; Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in the life insurance domain with a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Previous experience in a professional or office environment, working regular scheduled shifts.
  • Proficiency in using computers with Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software tools.
  • Effective English business communication skills for exchanging information with clients.
