Forrester, a leading research and advisory company, seeks a skilled Technical Strategy Consultant to join our Asia Pacific consulting team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients.

As a Technical Strategy Consultant, you will lead the delivery of high-impact projects that help global enterprises drive their strategies and outcomes across technology, customer experience, and marketing priorities. You will work closely with our ecosystem across research, consulting, and sales to deliver research-based consulting services that make a significant difference in our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research-based engagements ranging from custom thought leadership projects to strategic consulting engagements for marketing, technology, and CX decision-makers of global enterprises.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of client consulting projects, including internal and external stakeholder management, primary research interviews, survey development, financial analysis, Excel modeling, data analysis and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with our ecosystem to deliver research-based consulting services to global enterprises across industries, helping them drive their strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from an established university, preferably with an MBA or master's degree.
  • Hands-on research and consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting or market research company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, innate intellectual curiosity, deep analytical capabilities, and strong project management skills.
  • Extensive project management skills, ability to handle several projects simultaneously, working with and managing distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience or deep interest in one or more domains such as high-tech marketing messaging, customer experience strategy, technology strategy, technology infrastructure transformation, and product transformation roadmaps.
  • Track record of delivering superior client experience and strong aptitude/experience in project quality management.
