Riana Towers is seeking an accomplished Senior Director Growth & Strategy to spearhead the company's expansion in the premium office spaces market. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in coworking and flexible office space industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and position Riana Towers as a leading player in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the coworking industry, and expertise in business development, growth strategies, and scaling operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, optimize pricing and membership models, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
