We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Service Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers, including inverter installation instruction and maintenance training, answering consulting phone calls, and remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inverter Installation Instruction and Maintenance Training;
- Answering Consulting Phone Calls and Responding to Customer Support Emails;
- Remote or On-Site Inverter Troubleshooting and Replacement;
- Collecting Clear After-Sales Support Cases Data and Reporting to the Leader;
- Participating in Team Work Assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Above in Electronics and Electrical or a Related Field;
- A Minimum of 5 Years of Related Experience in the Solar Industry;
- An Energetic Personality Who May Travel 50% or More per Year;
- Good Communication Skills with Fluent English.
