About This Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Manager with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all logistics operations, including warehouse management systems, dispatching, and import-export processes.

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, with a salary range of up to ₹22 lakhs per annum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including warehouse management systems, dispatching, and import-export processes.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods, manage inventory, and optimize logistics costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate supply chain activities and streamline logistics processes.
  • Implement best practices in logistics management and continuously improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management and operations in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of dispatching, import-export processes, and reverse logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
