Job Title: Logistics and Information Security Professional

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Information Security Professional to join Busybees Logistics Solutions in Bengaluru, India.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our logistics operations while maintaining a robust information security posture.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate information security risks, implement and maintain ISO standards, and establish cloud security controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, processes, and guidelines for logistics operations.
  • Establish robust security controls to protect the firm's logistics operations and its stakeholders from security breaches/incidents.
  • Implement and maintain ISO standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 27701 for logistics operations.
  • Establish information security risk management processes; identify and manage information security risks for logistics operations.
  • Establish cloud security controls for logistics operations.
  • Establish KPIs, processes, tools, and technologies for monitoring the performance of information security controls for logistics operations.
  • Conduct internal audits of the information security management system for logistics operations.
  • Manage external security audits and assessments, such as ISO certification audits, client audits, for logistics operations.
  • Respond to security requirements from RFPs (Request for Proposal), and security assessment questionnaires from clients, for logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with clients' security requirements for logistics operations.
  • Establish and maintain a vendor cybersecurity risk management process; conduct cybersecurity assessments of vendors and partners for logistics operations.
  • Establish and maintain a security education and awareness program for logistics operations.
  • Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects, including evaluation and recommendation of security controls for logistics operations.
  • Evaluate new cybersecurity threats and IT trends, and develop effective security controls for logistics operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, cross-cultural etiquettes, customer-centric, and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in implementing ISO 27001 and ISO 27002 for logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27017, 27018, 27701 for logistics operations.
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies (preferably AWS) for logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and privacy controls, and best practices such as CSA CCM for logistics operations.
  • Ability to partner with and support line-of-business to understand security risks and implement security controls for logistics operations.
  • Experience in establishing security risk management frameworks and managing security risks for logistics operations.
  • Experience in establishing vendor security risk management frameworks and conducting security assessments of vendors for logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps model and application lifecycle security best practices for logistics operations.

Benefits:
