Regional Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our regional teams and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients, business development, and project delivery across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the delivery of projects across the region, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • To provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams, promoting best practices and process improvements.
  • To develop and implement effective risk management strategies, minimizing potential threats to project success.
  • To foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • To identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Requirements
  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
