Job Title: 2D Animator Associate We are looking for a talented 2D Animator to join our creative team. If you have a passion for animation, video editing, and storytelling, this is your chance to bring ideas to life while contributing to a purpose-driven organization. Responsibilities:
  1. Create high-quality 2D animations for digital campaigns, educational content, and social media.
  2. Assist with video editing for promotional and informational content.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute animation projects.
  4. Maintain and organize animation files, project assets, and versions efficiently.
  5. Meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
  6. Prepare presentations, reports, and progress updates using Excel or other tools.
  7. Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Animation graduate with at least 1 year of professional experience in 2D animation.
  2. Strong 2D animation portfolio showcasing your skills.
  3. Experience in video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
  4. Access to high-speed internet and a personal laptop capable of handling animation software.
  5. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  6. Strong skills in Excel and basic content documentation.
  7. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. Ability to work full-time (8 hours/day) on EST shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST).
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  10. Ability to draw and create animations organically without relying on AI-generated content.
