Visual Design Specialist

This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with a creative team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.

  • Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for our website content.
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across social media platforms.
  • Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates for our newsletters.
  • Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events and product launches.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations for pitches and meetings.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements include:

  • 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
