Job Title:
  • Lead a team of call center professionals to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the call center.
  • Set clear goals and deadlines for the team.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback.
  • Motivate and lead team members.
  • Assign campaigns to agents and manage their activity.
  • Check hourly agent performance and provide coaching.
  • Read and analyze MIS reports (WDR, APR, CAR).
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.
  • Handle all activities at the call center level.
  • Perform support HR functions, including agent hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure social media engagement for agents and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Enforce discipline and maintain a secure stock of items in the call center.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Graduate degree in management or any relevant field.
  • Training in team leading is a plus.
