Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and building a team of business associates and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit business associates and advisors to drive business objectives.
  • Coordinate regulatory trainings and manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly business associate meetings.
  • Income and goal setting exercise for the month.
  • Joint field work with business associates and advisors to source insurance policies.
  • Drive business submissions and issuances.
  • Clearance of pending cases for documentation and medicals as part of the issuance process.
  • Train distribution on achieving higher first-time right submission rates.
  • Achieve monthly objectives and targets.
  • Motivate advisors and business associates for various contests and sales enablers.
  • Daily updates on business status and applicability in contests.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders like customers and distributors.
  • Focus on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Focused effort to drive renewal premium collection.

  • Business Acumen: Align with the organization's vision, understanding the insurance industry, regulations, and agency business model to deliver month-on-month business objectives.
  • Building and Managing Relationships: Identify, recruit, and nurture business associates and advisors, maintain relationships with various stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes.
  • Drive for Results and Agility: Build an achievement-oriented mindset, take effective action to achieve goals, and synergize high-performance systems and processes.
