We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the end-to-end mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Application Review and Processing: Review and process mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with clients to verify information and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
Data Management and Compliance:">
  • Accurate Data Entry: Accurately input application details into internal systems.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update client records within the CRM system.
  • Case File Preparation: Support Case Managers by preparing comprehensive case files.
Collaboration and Support:">
  • Documentation Gathering: Partner with Mortgage Advisors to gather additional documentation or clarify details.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of loan applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships.
Requirements:">
  • Experience: Proven experience in mortgage administration or a related financial services role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance standards, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
