Business Operations Technician

Installation and commissioning as per appointment and guidelines is a key aspect of this role. Demonstrating the advantages of HSI PPP to customers requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships and work in teams.

The ideal candidate will have ITI certification and be pursuing or have completed an ITI course. Zero to two years of experience is preferred, but not required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and customer centricity. They will also be able to troubleshoot issues faced by customers at their premises.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning as per appointment and guidelines
  • Demonstrate and explain clearly the advantages of HSI PPP to customers
  • Support customers for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security
  • Troubleshoot the issues faced by the customers at their premises

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITI certification and pursuing or completed an ITI course
  • Zero to two years of experience in Business Operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer centricity
