Radiology Manager

Responsibilities Facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts within the department and across the hospital Supervise and manage radiology staff including hiring training scheduling and evaluating performance Ensure quality patient care by developing implementing and evaluating processes and procedures Maintain compliance with Local and state regulations as well as safety and quality standards Develop and manage departmental budgets including monitoring spending analyzing financial data and making recommendations for cost-saving measures Oversee the procurement and maintenance of radiology equipment and supplies Collaborate with other healthcare providers and departments to coordinate patient care and services Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to practices equipment and procedures Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics and make changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor s degree in radiologic technology or related field Current certification as a radiologic technologist 8-10 years of experience in a radiology department is mandatory 2 years of management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Local state regulations and safety and quality standards Proficient in using radiology equipment and software Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities A radiology manager plays an essential role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a radiology department If you are a motivated and experienced radiologic technologist interested in taking on a leadership position this could be the job for you Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
