**Job Title:** Technical Lead - Digital Commerce Developer

The opportunity lies within the Digital Commerce team, which focuses on developing secure, reliable, and performant products for our guests and partners. As a Technical Lead - Digital Commerce Developer, you will join a global team supported by business and architecture partners to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that drive lululemon's business goals. This role specifically involves working with the Portfolio, Applications, Commerce and Transactions team, which supports lululemon's Digital Commerce & Omni-channel fulfillment experiences across geographies using various technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement microservices with test automation to ensure high-quality cloud-native solutions. Collaborate with the production release team and perform on-call support functions as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production systems for efficiency, security, resiliency, and reliability.

- Design, develop, maintain, and test microservices using Java, Spring Boot, test-driven development, and cloud-native design patterns. Utilize your knowledge of algorithms, data structures, programming languages, and programming paradigms to create sustainable software applications and services.

- Partner with other lululemon technical teams to create interface documents and mappings, ensuring the eCommerce platform adheres to Service-Oriented Architecture principles.

- Participate in on-call support rotation, monitoring key metrics, reporting trends, and making improvement recommendations.

- Engage actively in our Engineering Community of Practice and contribute to project engineering design and standards verification.

- Perform reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent.

- 7-9 years of software engineering experience.

- 3-5 years of experience designing scalable, secure modern micro-services using Spring Boot, test-driven development, and cloud-native design patterns.

- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and knowledge of challenges related to building cloud-native solutions.

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Solid working experience with AWS (GCP / Azure).

- Strong software development fundamentals, including automated testing, source control, continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

- Experience with monitoring and alerting for microservices.

- Hands-on experience supporting development, infrastructure, and operations.

- Experience working with security log analysis, application logs, and general log management practices.

- Experience working with Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform is a strong plus.

- Commerce Tools knowledge is a strong plus.

- Commerce domain knowledge is a strong plus.
