We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Tableau Specialist to lead the migration from Tableau R6 to Tableau Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, architecture, and governance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Spearhead the transition from Tableau R6 to Tableau Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Advise on best practices for Tableau architecture topology, including security, scalability, and governance frameworks.
- Design and develop high-impact KPIs and business metric dashboards, prioritizing key business objectives.
- Work closely with leadership to align Tableau strategies with enterprise data goals.
- Ensure dashboards and data models are optimized for speed, accuracy, and usability.
- Guide teams on Tableau best practices, governance policies, and advanced analytics techniques.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server, Cloud).
- Proven track record in migrating from Tableau Server (R6) to Tableau Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Tableau architecture, governance, and security models.
- Ability to design executive-level dashboards with a focus on KPIs and business metrics.
- Experience working with stakeholders in a global enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders.
- Tableau Certified Professional (Desktop, Server, or Cloud).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
