We are looking for a highly skilled HCM Workday Report Writer to join our team in Chennai, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, to meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Workday reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all Workday reports by conducting thorough data analysis and validation.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, to meet business needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Good experience in Workday report writing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in creating Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports in Workday.
  • Highly proficient in Workday Report Writer and related tools.
