Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Report Writer to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our WPP IT department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of work by providing actionable insights through data-driven reports. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into informative Workday reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve Business-as-Usual (BAU) tickets related to Workday reporting, including incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Collaborate with Change Projects to understand their reporting requirements, coordinate report delivery, and manage handovers from project teams.
- Develop and maintain a wide range of Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, to meet business needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of reporting issues to minimize business disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
- Good experience in Workday report writing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports in Workday.
- Highly proficient in Workday Report Writer and related tools.
- Solid understanding of data modelling and report optimization techniques.
